Absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel is beautiful, the staff is wonderful, and the location couldn’t be more perfect. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. A special thank you to Jimena, the breakfast hostess, who was such a delight every morning — so kind and welcoming! Also, the lovely lady who checked us in (I wish I remembered her name!) was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making our arrival smooth and enjoyable. The bartender on the rooftop was fantastic with such great energy and personality, and the housekeeping team kept everything immaculate. Overall, just an amazing experience — we’d absolutely stay here again next time we’re in Madrid!

A bit hard to find if you're walking at night from Atocha Station for the first time.. walked right by it. No signage viewable from the sidewalk. Restaurant menu is limited, mostly bar food, and pricey. Other than that, absolutely wonderful place to stay in Madrid, convenient to public transport and the Prada.

I liked the play list in the room and the coffee machine. Everything else about the room was of a great standard. Comfortable bed. Lunch there was nice. Really friendly reception staff and polite staff all around. I would stay there again.

The staff are very nice. Very clean room and the towels quality and cleanliness is excellent. The room though it was small has all the amenities we need. Centrally located and it’s easy to haul a cab.

Everything was great except for the stairs to climb with your luggage to the check-in. Please put a visible sign that the elevator for the luggage is on the side of the building. And a bell would be nice to let the front desk know that help is required for the luggage.

The hotel is fine, clean, great breakfast and welcoming staff. But the room’s amenities are not convenient- toilet and shower have almost see through glass doors which did not close completely and sink inside the room. The area around is not great in the evening

The staff was a little was not too friendly around the bar area. However, Oleh from the bar was great. In the reception area: monica, susana and david were very nice as well. In the sessions restaurant (for breakfast) - jimena was the best! Would have been a better experience if the staff was nicer. Very clean, the decor was beautiful and comfortable.
