Many staff were excellent, including IT Support and others who worked hard, unsuccessfully, to connect our laptop with the TV or to enable non-terrestrial channels other than YouTube. Coffee with friends can only be taken in the freezing foyer, as not permitted in the restaurant. We endured two fire alarm evacuations, one at 8am, one early evening, both false alarms; the second was accompanied, scarily, by water cascading down both fire exits, necessitating us being moved to a different hotel.
