Very welcoming front of house staff. The room had some nice additions such as charging points and bottled water. The roof top bar was manned by 1 person. My drink took about 15 minutes to arrive. I was served a flat cava and the young man knew it was! A further 10 minutes later he brought my replacement. In general the area was dated. The constant loud music in all communal areas and the spray mist in the roof top bar were annoying! Locaton was good. I wouldn't book again! We usually use the hotel bar frequently but not this time!

Every thing about our stay was really good . The staff were all kind and helpful. Breakfast had a good choice of food. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing that we would say is that our room overlooked the atrium and was a little noisy at noght.

Great hotel- fab breakfast and a pool and garden area to relax in. The hotel is on a busy main road however and it was noisy, making sleeping difficult. I had requested a quiet room, but didn’t get one.

More or less things were good however I wish you could have add couple of Bothell of water for free on daily basis versus paying 10 Euro to purchase a Bothell. As far as breakfast buffet foods are not organized and ready to serve but instead you need to order and wait to get your food. This morning took them 20 minutes to make our omelet ready.

Madrid Stay

Stayed as a couple for 5 nights. On checking in we were asked if we wanted to upgrade for extra space and breakfast, this felt over the top when we just wanted to get to our room and not be sold to. Room had issues; toilet not flushing properly and room was cold as the aircon could not be reduced to a less powerful output. Alternative was to turn off aircon which made room uncomfortable. Other facilities were good, pool, rooftop bar and a 10% discount was applied to some drinks.

Très bien, mais peut faire mieux.

Hotel moderne et confortable. Très bon accueil alors que le personnel a souligné notre anniversaire avec une délicate attention. Lit et literie haut de gamme. Il est trèes décevant par contre qu'en fournissant des capsules de café chaque matin, il soit à ce point difficile d'obtenir deux petits cups de lait supplémentaires de 10 ml. Il a fallu insister alors qu'on nous répondait que c'était la politique, et recommencer le lendemain. Dans un hôtel 4 étoiles, ce genre de demandes tellement insignifiantes en terme de coût ne devraient même pas être discutées. Au moment du départ, l'arrogance du garçon lorsque nous lui avons souligné ce problème n'a pas arrangé les choses. Dommage.
