We were a group of ladies who went for a long weekend. We loved this place for many reasons, it was a 20/25min drive from the airport. (Uber was cheaper than €33 euros we paid for 1 taxi for 4) . It had 24hr checkin (our flight was delayed) it was close to the hustle and bustle of Madrid but also a 5/10 min walk in any direction took you to a quiet courtyard too. The staff from check in, to the cleaners were great. The triple rooms were spacious, perfect for 3 people. If you do want the view of the Plaza be aware it will be noisy. Our rooms were towards the back and we didnt hear anything , so it was great. This place felt very safe too, which was very important. The only thing that i would say wasnt good was, no milk is provided with the complimentary tea and coffee in th room. You had to buy the milk yourself. As we werent there for long this didnt bother us, as we just picked up our morning drinks from the various cafes around. If you are looking for a good cup of English breakfast tea near the Hotel, try Cafe & Te, we found it on the morning we were leaving hahaha All of the group said , they would definitely come and stay here again though, no questions about that. We loved how close you are to everything and the hotel and all staff are very lovely. Thank you for an amazing long weekend Hotel Europa.

The hotel is located in a great location - Plaza de Sol. You are close to the subway, restaurants, shops, and just a few blocks from the Gran Via. The staff was great, as were the amenities. They have a restaurant onsite, which is a great place to have a drink and people watch. You are right off the plaza, so there is quite a bit of noise at night, but it didn't bother us. Would stay here again.

Hotel is located right at front of the plaza el sol which is the main plaza in Madrid. You can request a room with a view to the plaza but be aware that comes with noice from the outside. Those rooms have a balcony from which you can appreciate the busy activity in the plaza and a beautiful view to the presidencial house. The staff are super friendly and helpful. There are many restaurants and many activities in the area.

Had a good stay, however, on Expedia the description for a double room said it slept 3. When we arrived the desk attendants did not allow a 3rd person in the reservation. It resulted in additional fees which could've been avoided if they had updated their page on Expedia.

This was a fantastic stay - the parking close by was so helpful and the staff went above and beyond. Small touches like the cot in the room beautifully made up with amenity kit for kids was lovely. The location is phenomenal. We wanted to try and stay a second night but they were booked out ! Will be our go to hotel in Madrid for the foreseeable future !
