"When you go in no one is there to receive you and tell you that the lobby is on the 10th floor. The person at the front desk was rude and unwelcoming. Only one elevator was working and another guest told us it had been like that for over a month. It’s in a good central location and room was clean."

"There was a gentleman cleaning up the parking lot & another cleaning the molding around the room entrances! Nice! 24 hr coffee & hot water is an added feature that I enjoy! The breakfast was plentiful & the area was kept clean. Thank you! Please turn off fox news channels! In travel over a month in the northwest, this is only the 2nd hotel with fox news & many didn't have any tvs in public spaces. They are not needed!"

"This hotel was the most fun and unique hotel I have ever stayed at. The colors and aesthetics were so different than other hotels, but that is what made it so great! The bed was so comfortable, and the room was clean and tidy. The hotel was perfect walking distance to so many places, such as the Space Needle, Climate Pledge Arena, and the Opera & Ballet. We will be back and will stay here again!!"
