"I wish to express my disappointment regarding the service I received at your hotel, Mark Spencer Downtown Portland, on April 8 during my business trip. The WIFI was nonfunctional, preventing me from connecting my computer or phone, which made it impossible to access the internet for work communications and caused significant inconvenience. Despite your website promoting high-speed, reliable WIFI, it was entirely unavailable during my stay. This was particularly problematic, as I required a stable connection for online meetings and work tasks. I reached out to the staff for assistance but received no viable solutions. When I approached the front desk to discuss my concerns, the staff offered no remedies, further adding to my frustration."

"Rooms looked clean when i walked in but lots of debris around the bed & behind bed, in the bathroom as-well. The housekeepers were very nice and helpful. Front desk staff. I walked in and out multiple times a day staff never acknowledged anyone. When my room card stoped working the front desk was rude about the reprogramming. The night manager he was rude during my check-in so it makes sense his staff take of after that. On a positive note Parking was great and they have nice coffee makers."
