"This hotel was terrible. The literal only thing good about it was the parking situation with ability to park right next to the room and had a patio door for easy access. However, this was clearly a Quality Inn before and they took over ownership. The building itself needs major renovations. There was water damage in multiple areas, holes in ceiling tiles, damaged artwork still hanging on the wall, fire extinguishers overdue for inspection, there was a room with the glass door to the outside broken and completely missing, as well as a broken hallway door to the outside. Anyone from outside could come in through there...they had caution tape poorly draped across, like that's going to keep people out. They had a pool but was not operating (water not circulating) and murky with a ton of bugs. There was a giant hole in the fence so anyone could come and go as they please whether they're a guest or not. The card readers for access to the building were useless (doors weren't even locked). Toiletries were very low quality and when we asked for 2 extra pillows we were told there are no extra pillows and looked at my partner like he was being ridiculous. There was some random child playing in the hallway on the floor with all of his toys spread out (assuming he was one of the owners children and was there while the parent was working). Breakfast wasn't worth it. The bedding and curtains were stained and curtains were shredded from the sliding door. Not worth the $$, felt very unsafe!"

"When we arrived at the property the outside temp was 98 degrees. It was a big shock when we went inside and found the room to be much hotter than outside. The room temperature took all night to get it down to 72 degrees Very disappointed!"
