"Let me first say that the rooms are beautifully made and clean! The staff are kind and VERY attentive! At check-in, the Front Desk mistakenly charged the wrong card instead of the card that was provided at check-in. The Manager immediately took care of the situation—it was the quickest assistance I've ever received regarding situations like this and I'm sincerely appreciative! Their attentiveness to how they handled this - shows me their genuine concern for their guests. Thank you guys!"

"I’d read other reviews and didn’t have high expectations. The staff and resort are very nice. The room is tired. The wood furniture is very worn. We loved Bradley in the bar. Such a great and friendly employee. The restaurant was way over priced. Food was good, but not up to the expectations of the price point. The coffee bar was good, but once again, the food was crazy expensive. I’d stay here again, but would not eat here. "

"For the hotel- Our air conditioning was so strong and loud we had to turn it off overnight...the temp rose to 77°. I wish there was an option to low fan."
