No internet service, the receptionist said her only solution was to go to the hotel next door to use their internet; I was not willing to do that when the temperature outside was 29° . She put me on the third floor because she said it would be very quiet there which at first I thought was very kind of her only to find out the hotel was about 90% empty so no one around or below me to generate Heat; The room was absolutely freezing and the heater was 6 ft high on the wall. I am 5 ft 10 and I could not see the buttons. I travel a lot and have not seen such a ridiculous placement for a heater. Heat rises so when the heater kicked on it only caused the body level cold air in the room to circulate for the first 2 hours or so. I had to have the heat at 78° to stay warm. The bed was not comfortable, and there was a big wrinkle under the sheet like the mattress topper was folded up but I was too tired to look into it. The linens were clean but there was no coffee maker, no microwave, no refrigerator in the room, just the bare necessities.
