Good walkable location to town but no views or shaded outdoor area to sit. Rooms clean and bed comfortable. In June air conditioner couldn’t keep our room cool so it was too hot for us at night (and it was cool temps outside at night). Although we asked for housekeeping after a couple days no one came. We did get our room moved easily upon request when a family above us was up and loud at 5 AM. Felt the place had potential but just fell short.

Front desk staff not friendly at all.I am very light sleeper. At the check in I asked front desk staff for quiet part of the hotel room. Instead I got room 327 right across elevator and the busiest part of hotel. I did not expect to be so terrible. It was very noisy all night long. I trusted the front desk staff to accommodate my needs and expected have good quiet room so I can sleep comfortably. Next day I had addressed this issue to the front desk staff, to my surprise instead apology I was blame for not addressing my issues properly the night before. I could not know the room I was assigned to is going to be on the busy part of the hotel. This wasn’t my first time staying in the BW hotel and had always great experience. I am very disappointed in your front desk staff. I felt I was not valued and appreciated as customer.
