My room was very clean and comfortable, and contained everything I needed. Sadly, there were a few mishaps. I was provided with a document indicating that my room would automatically be cleaned after I had been there three nights. I was at Clarion Inn for five nights, and no one ever came to clean. I asked about it at the front desk, but found the individual at the front desk to be very vague and unhelpful. According to her, I would have had to ask for services, in order to have the room cleaned. I also told the front desk person that the air conditioner in my room made unpleasant humming and grinding noises, and was told that maintenance would take a look. If they did, I was never told, and nothing changed. My room card key had to be reset twice - my friend's needed to be reset four times. While the staff was always pleasant, it felt as if they weren't well trained, and it also felt as if they might benefit from some help with their communication and customer service skills.

The hotel was fine - rooms were clean and stocked with shampoo, etc. However, maid service was not provided at all during a 5 night stay. When addressed at the front desk, the first person we spoke to was clueless and barely apologized. The second person we spoke to, during our checkout, was apologetic but did not offer to remedy the situation in any way. In fact, the first person did not offer to have our rooms cleaned the following day which would have been helpful, polite and considerate.

Stayed here for one night and it was just OK. Simple and outdated room and hotel looks a little rundown. I don’t think is worth for what I paid for one night. I did enjoy the complementary breakfast options and the easy parking and the restaurant John’s BBQ across the street.

Family trip to grand canyon, check in and check out was easy. We had a room with 2 bed. The minutes we walk in we can see 1 of the bed is totally worn out couldn't sleep on. Shower was ok towel were clean. Breakfast was great if you arent a picky person but it just like any other hotel that offen free Breakfast. I would still recommended

Hotel was ok. Needs a little updating in the rooms. For the price is worked just fine for us. A huge downside was we had to get our key redone a few times every day we were there. Being on the second floor made this very annoying.

We stayed in the place with my mom and dad to check out antelope canyon. The place is easily accessible to many tourist spots like antelope canyon, glen canyon, lake powell and horshoebend. I love that its clean and safe. I hope they will have cable though. But other than that, highly recommend to others who wanted to visit placed i mentioned above.
