"This hotel was very poorly maintained. The hot tub was shut down, and I purposely booked this hotel because it had a hot tub. I also booked it for the fitness room, but the equipment was awful. If I had known the condition of these amenities, I would not have booked this hotel. The breakfast options were also very limited, and the bread and muffins were stale. The egg patties were rubbery as well. In addition, when I checked into my room, the refrigerator was not working. When I informed the front desk, they insisted it worked and told me—without even looking at it—that I probably had not plugged it in. I explained that I had already checked and confirmed it was plugged in and turned on. They said they would send someone to inspect it. Eventually, they came up and realized I was correct. However, instead of fixing or replacing the refrigerator, they told me I would need to change rooms. As a result, I had to completely pack up and move all of my belongings, only to end up in another room with a refrigerator that also did not work. They finally decided to replace the refrigerator, but by that point, I had already been there for a day. When I asked if they would be willing to comp any portion of what I paid, they said no. It was a terrible experience."
