Location is good, just off the highway. As with the rest of the property, the parking lot is ok, but needs a bit of TLC to bring it up to great. No microwave or coffee maker available in the room. That was odd. The pool is nice and there is a fun arcade and bar area. Lots of fun for families. It is clean and comfortable.

The Highlander feels more like a home than a hotel. Beds are soft and cozy. Facilities very well kept. We were so pleased to get a handicap accessible room which was perfect for our needs. A quiet and peaceful spot!

Staff was very friendly esp, Dillion and Katelyn! They followed up on issues during our stay. Coffee was not good if you could find some. We were a party of 4 checked in and towel supply was good for 3 people. No clean towels for 2nd night.

Room was filthy. There was food from the previous guests on the floor around ac that had not been vacuumed. Sheets in one room were like sand paper and when we requested they be changed the front desk said it may be too late since staff leaves at 3:00. Seemed like an imposition. Hotel not as advertised.

this was a very comfortable stay - friendly and professional staff, our room was large and bright - great handicap accessible bathroom- we did not take advantage of all the fun amenities- pool, outdoor chess, many arcade games... our grandchildren would have LOVED! food from the restaurant was very good (huge portions) and delivered to the room!! i love the Highlander and look forward to returning
