I reserved the oceanfront with balcony room but they gave us the room on the first floor front of the pool and was so hard to see the ocean. It didnt have any privacy and we should keep the windows and curtains close whole time. That was so hard for for us to pack up again and change the room. We didnt have time to check with front desk and I guessed they didnt have room on higher floor availabe which the manager mentioned that too when I called. The bathroom was full of ants and we couldnt keep our stuff like toothbrush,... in there.The last day they had fireworks front of our room which was so loud and we couldnt sleep. We spend close to 2000 dollars to relax and enjoy the ocean view not stay in room and close the curtain and window because of the load noise and privacy. NOT ACCEPTABLE

Property is great! But they kept trying to sell me time shares!! It is a turn off, I took time off to relax not to be bother about buying stuff I don’t want. The rental car Alamo agent tried to sell me extra insurance I turned it down and he try to make me put a $700 hold in my credit card. I’m not sure if I’ll go back to Cabo again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I do believe they pushed too much their time share experiences. Property, restaurants and beach were well-kept and made for an enjoyable vacation. The biggest NEGATIVE for me, especially since it was not really advertised at booking or communicated by staff at check-in or at the restaurants (except for some 8.5"X11" signs), was no the No Cash (US or Pesos) policy. If I had known this fact, I would have booked elsewhere.

The problems that I had was on check out I had to take my luggage down. I called in the Am and no one came to pick up the luggage. The front desk didnot relate the message. I did hot like the trap of the time share promotions. But eveything else was excellent
