This 4-bedroom, 4.5 bathroom luxury villa provides up to 10 guests with private access to Médano Beach and is just a short walk away from the huge array of dining and nightlife opportunities in Cabo. The villa is situated within the gated Hacienda Beach Club, and guests can enjoy all the benefits the club has to offer including a full gym, exercise classes, miniature golf, several pools, daycare and restaurants.

Villa #1 at Hacienda beach club is the closest villa to access all the beach restaurants
and bars and is the only villa with its own private access to Medano Beach. It was recently renovated in late 2020 and beautifully decorated in a contemporary Californian style. This is our 2nd time at this amazing villa! We love the location and the views! You can access the beach directly from the villa. It also comes with a 6 person golf cart which we used daily. The Hacienda is a great place to stay. The staff and amenities are top notch! We'll definitely come back!

Outstanding villa and rental experience.

This Villa is a super premium experiennce. It is very spacious, well equipped, and part of a fantastic resort with a great restaurant and spa. It was also spotlessly clean.Beach access is easy, the pool was nice and warm, and you can walk to the marina or Medano beach restaurants in minutes. We hope to be back soon!

Hands down, the most beautiful house, in the most amazing setting, with the greatest hosts - our stay in Villa One was perfect from start to finish!! January 2025 Family Trip

This was our 2nd time staying at this villa! It is a beautiful property.The staff is wonderful and friendly. We enjoyed the spa, restaurant, gym and pickleball courts. Love that the marina is so close and walkable, providing a lot of activities, restaurants and fun bars to stop in for a margarita and chips and guacamole.

Amazing stay at wonderful Medano Beach Villa

We've stayed at these villas before and love them. This one is on the end which has its perks (you're near everything) and disadvantages (sound at night- which typically ends around 10pm). Ultimately though this house and the amenities were awesome. It's nicer and more modern kept than the others. Everything works. The golf cart provided is 6 man and a game changer for a larger family (others only have 2 or 4 or none). New Year's Eve we had the absolute best possible view for fireworks (literally just down in front of our villa). Communication with the owner was speedy and helpful.

Amazing views, beautiful Villa, great restaurants and entertainment next door, what more can you ask for? I’ve stayed many places in Cabo and I enjoyed my stay here the most. Beautiful Villa on the Beach

We loved this villa! The location is great with a short walk to the Marina and good restaurants. The Hacienda Residences and Beach Resort is fabulous with great food and service. We were able to pre-order groceries that were delivered prior to our arrival. There were 7 of us staying at the villa with lots of room. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable beds.

From the moment I booked Villa one. First last year and then again this year, The communication with the host, Vanessa and the entire team at the Hacienda Beach club residences staff, Was top notch. We had a VIP experience. AMAZING Villa!

This Villa is beautiful and very well maintained. Great views and wonderful location. It is noisy with the bars located so close, but we expected that. The outdoor fireplace wasn’t working, but it was an amazing property. The resort staff were beyond helpful and responsive. The resort was so beautifully manicured and so clean. Thank you!
