staff was not helpful when medications and cosmetic case was missing from my room while I was at breakfast. Would not accommodate me with the non-emergency telephone number for the police. I did file a police report the medication and the cosmetics in the case and including the case were more than $350 value. I will be speaking with a Wyndham representative. This is not what Windham expects from the proper Jews they manage. . My email is manuellacc@gmail.com. Very sorry to have to report this as I stayed at this facility for three days.

Property wad nice don"t think it was worth 149.00. You have to go to certain floors for ice and they didn't have a vending machine so that wr could get water

Property was well under construction upon arriving I was not informed of the level of construction... full lobby under construction... staff and management was extremely well presented and represented.. there were numerous issues with the televisions signals which was very annoying, only one icemaker available and only one laundromat 2 machines available and 1 dryer... the restaurant was very well handled and the food and services provided was exceptional... If I had to return to LaQuinta here ...Yes I would if thee inconveniences were corrected...

I highly appreciate your ratings and comments about the various aspects of the lobby and the exterior of our hotel. It is a pleasure to announce that we will be implementing many new updates and modifications to our new lobby and inside/outside corridors. I do apologize that we failed to provide an adequate place to sit while waiting in the lobby. Rest assured we have made a few changes to our lobby so guests can feel more welcomed. I again apologize for the major construction on our lobby, front desk, restaurant, and parking entrance, we have implemented a stricter construction schedule to finish our renovations quicker. We take pride in providing a memorable guest experience and I am extremely sorry that our front desk staff was not accommodating enough. Rest assured, I have discussed your comments and shared your survey with our staff to ensure such matters do not occur. We will retrain all our staff to be more sincere, courteous, understanding, and empathetic to all of our guests whether they are checking in or simply asking a question.
