King Castle Motel Stole my iPhone from me and refused to return it. My bathroom shower was leaking for the whole 7 days. I asked for room services and did not get my room serviced or cleaned for the whole 7 days stayed. The area is dirty and crime infested. I give this hotel/motel a negative 10 rating.

Roaches, hair from previous stays, dirty, hard to communicate with clerk it supposedly says 4 stars on the reviews but is far from that it literally just an emergency hotel in case you dont find nothing else right in the center of LA so dont expect a calm stay..

You get what you pay for. The place is basic and not upgraded. Kind of dirty around the edges and we did find some baby roaches mostly in the bathroom. Service was really nice. The parking lot is really tiny and cramped.

What a dump

Check in was outdoors. I was the only one checking in and waited 20 minutes while two desk clerks were resolving something over the phone. Coniditon of furniture and walls was appalling. Floors not clean. Pulled back comforter and there waa a bobby pin and a long hair on the sheets. Went to outside desk/booth and requested fresh sheets. I was given one top sheet that was rolled in a ball. It did smell clean, just not folded. Thankfully toilet and sink were very clean and shower was clean but needed repairs.

I checked out in an hour after checking in. Place doesn't have dedicated parking. Your car may get stuck in a parking jam. Property is licated in extremely dirty surroundings. Staff seemed very nice and helpful, but couldn't stand the property.

Just terrible no room for parking the room wasn’t ready when we got there way too pricy for the location service was terrible shower I had to place a towel to shower in will not be coming back or recommending it to anyone
