Staff was really friendly. Room was okay; the air conditioning sounded like a freight train, the blinds broke and wouldn’t move up, toilet paper holder was non existent. Overall experience was fine, but I guess just expected more for a well rated hotel in a great area.

Excellent staff made me feel at home

Excellent staff, very accommodating. Filtered water daily. Daily or every other day cleaning service (on request). Staff always on the door and in cafe / entrance area to ensure the hotel - tucked away on a quiet street but a stone’s throw from the shops & theatres around Covent Garden & Leicester Square - was safe and welcoming. Small room took a bit of time to get used to, and not really a desk with chair option if wanting to work, but ensuite was new, bed comfortable & big tv on the wall. Perhaps an upgrade to nespresso machines for the £200 average a night (rather than sachet gold blend) would be a fair consideration at the price for 1 person.

Great central location with excellent ability! The room is tiny, but the layout was great. I stayed for a week and didn’t feel cramped. Would be nice if there was a mini fridge but other than that, it was perfect! I didn’t eat the breakfast since there are so many restaurants and coffee shops nearby but it looked decent. They also offer complementary wine and Cheese on Tuesdays and Saturdays! I was pleasantly surprised at their prices and selection of wine.

I am a frequent international traveller and this was my first time staying with Z Hotels. Overall this was a good stay. It was small, so I wouldn't recommend it for 2 people as I found it very very cramped as a solo traveller. The bed was very firm with no give, and the A/C didn't work well, so my actual sleep wasn't great. The room was clean, but I wouldn't say pristine as my room was a bit beat up. However, the staff here were amazing and so friendly and kind- Nadia was so lovely and let me check in early. 10/10 for the staff here. The location is also great, and the price for location is also good. All this to say, I don't regret staying here and wouldn't mind giving Z hotels another chance in the future.

Quaint room, has everything needed for a short stay. Main problem was the bed, the mattress was hard, thin and extremely uncomfortable. Location and staff are excellent, however I’d be reluctant to stay again due to the sleep I had.
