Great hotel with excellent staff team!

Overall a great stay. The (entire) team was so gracious with helping out with my lost luggage (airline issue). They kept an eye out for it, accepted delivery, and kindly placed it in my room. They also provided recommendations for nearby stores so I was able to get clothes for the night I arrived and the next day and furnished scissors so I could cut off tags as well. Fairly quiet. Overall good hotel, firmer bed (fine by me!), excellent staff. Would recommend

The room was small but we didn’t spend much time in it so it was fine. However the area it was in made up for it. 5 minutes walk from Covent Garden and Soho. Staff were great.

Check in was quick and easy. The gentleman at the desk asked me to wait as he was busy with other clients, but a lovely colleague came to reception and checked me in in a jiffy. She was polite and effecient, unfortunately I cannot remember her name (a South East Asian lady). The room was fairly clean. What was really dirty was the inside of the exterior windowsill, which was covered in what looked like black mould. I took a picture and showed it to the gentleman at reception when I checked out this morning. I hope you deal with this issue asap as it can be rather dangerous health wise, apart from looking really disgusting.

Fantastic hotel, excellent value for money. Really comfy annd has everything you need for a stay in London. Location is great, really central for everything. The membership they offer is also really good with the added benefits. Staff were very friendly, will definitely be back!
