"Great location!"
Our stay was extremely pleasant! The view from our room was fantastic, right on Regent's Canal and very close to restaurants, pubs and the tube station. The rooms are modern with plenty of room for our clothes and luggage. The bathrooms are spotless and our beds were made and linens replaced daily! The hotel does advertise that there are adapters and converters available for their international guests but there are only a limited number of them. I was not lucky enough to get one. There is no currency conversion available in the hotel but the front desk attendant gave us directions to the nearest bank. Overall, we had a wonderful trip with minimal worries! On my next trip to London I will definitely be staying at the Holiday Inn Camden Lock again!

"Great Hotel"
Great hotel in fantastic location. Near Tube, theatre district, museums, everything. Very walkable city, especially from this location. Hotel was very welcoming and room was lovely, if small-ish. I would certainly choose this hotel in the future.

Good Evening, We had a great visit, I called to request a wake up call for the following morning at approx. 1:10, wake up call for 9:15 a.m. The night manager discovered some sort of discrepancy in my booking. There was a double booking made in error reversing my first and last name. The night manager seemed to think that was a concern, he called me back at approx. 1:30 in the morning to clear this up. I asked him if he could take care of it or what should be done, he did not seem to know what to do. After hanging up at this hour knowing I am being charged for two rooms simultaneously, I called back downstairs to see if he had resolved the problem, I said would it be better if I came down to the lobby with my credit cards, he said that would be best. I got dressed got my cards and passports out of the safe and went down to the lobby, (again at approx. 2:00 a.m.) He seemed to then be able to solve the problem and told me my card would be credited. I am just not getting why this happened and why this had to be handled in the middle of the night. We had a fantastic visit and the reception, concierge and cleanliness of the hotel was perfect. We have family living in London and do plan to return. We are sorry this happened. Thank you in advance for your time and attention in this matter. Margaret Hunt , Room 104 Our visit was from Nov. 19 - 25. We also found it quite apauling to pay 2.75lbs for a glass of still water in the restaurant, no bottle or pitcher, one glass

"Upscale hotel in Mayfair"
My husband and I stayed here in Mar 2012 for 3 nights. We were very happy with our selection and would absolutely stay here again. It is pricey, but our room was very spacious, the staff very helpful, the bar was really fun, and was a great location to stay in. Highly recommend this hotel.

"Slavomir, the doorman, is our new best friend. He was great"
The staff was great, especially Slavomir the doorman, the hotel very updated, but we were given a room facing the back alley -- warehouses in the back with pretty constant loud banging from 5 in the morning until 11 at night. The wi-fi in the lobby is horrible, the "business center" is from the 60's and wi-fi in the room is outrageously expensive. Even for London. I'd stay there again, but only if they promised I wouldn't get one of the back rooms.
