Great location for Euston and great transport links to all attractions. The breakfast, air conditioning, code instead of keycard were really good. The room was tidied daily eg fresh towels, bed made, bins collected, toiletries and tea/coffee refreshed. The room was adequate sized and fit our needs. The hotel was chosen for price and location and didn’t let us down. The hotel is tired and could do with a face lift, but that didn’t deter from our stay.

Great hotel in a clean nice neighborhood. Our family enjoyed the family room with four beds so nobody had to share. Breakfast was great with a full English or simple Egga on toast if we wanted. The underground was only a block away so it was very easy to get where we wanted to go.

The property was old and could use a refresh. Well located near the British Museum and transport. Small breakfast area, so allow enough time to get or wait for a table. Attentive staff.

We stayed here June 2026. The room was clean, very efficient (small) but suited our needs just fine. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers, so having 3 separate beds was ideal. Location to transit and walking to shopping and dining was great. The included breakfast was fantastic. They have made to order menu with several options to please everyone. The breakfast staff were very nice. We have stayed in the area before, and this hotel was as expected in that it’s an older building, but it was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom updated. We enjoyed our stay.

We thought the property was very charming, helpful staff and nice breakfast. The garden level basic room was cozy and had everything we needed. Easy access to buses and underground. It was a nice spot for two people for three nights in London.

The rooms are not soundproof at all and ours was very small. We could only walk around the bed turned sideways. The garden area was locked. The air conditioner kept turning itself off. The toilet buttons were broken. The room was cleaned every day and we were given fresh towels. The breakfast was good. It is a good location.
