We had a really pleasant stay from start to finish. The room was lovely and very comfortable, with everything we needed to relax after a long day. The entire hotel was impressively clean, which made a big difference and added to the overall feeling of quality and care. It was also very easy to find, which made arrival stress free, especially when traveling somewhere new. The location is fantastic, with great access to nearby attractions, transport, and places to eat, so getting around was simple and convenient. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and we would definitely consider staying here again in the future. A special thank you to those on the front desk!

The staff were all lovely, brilliant service and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice. Wifi was good all over the hotel. This hotel look tired and could do with a revamp... lots of broken bits like floor tiles in our bathroom and a few light fittings. Lucky I had a double bed to myself because one side a spring had gone and there was a big dip! Needless to say I slept on the other side which was comfortable. Overall this hotel is fine if you don't want or expect a 4 star stay.
