Everything was great. Actually got in my room when I arrived on both my visits there. Staff were lovely and great location. Rooms abit small but all you need. The superior plus rooms have the air conditioning which might be a must in summer. The rest of the rooms don’t. Just a heads up when you are booking.

Awesome place to stay! It was very close attractions. The room and bathroom were small but adequate. Would recommend it to those that are planning to enjoy London. Good food options nearby too. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Had a wonderful time here. Several different types of restaurants around the hotel. There is an excellent launderette on the same block if you need laundry done. Pretty close to Hyde Park. Not far from the subway and bus stops.

I stayed 2 nights. My fault for not looking more closely at time of booking, but my rate jumped by over $105 dollars for my Tuesday night compared to fee for my Monday night. For the same room!!! Absolutely outrageous!! I spoke with some person via the hotels.com chat who gave me the usual blah blah blah nonsense about availability & demand. Why would the exact same room jump by $105 between a Monday and a Tuesday, in May?? The solution he offered was to cancel my booking & to be so nice as to not charge me for doing so! Obviously sleeping on the street wasn't an option so I was stuck with it. Absolutely outrageous. Staff were great, and helpful, but the hotel is extremely dated. No AC meaning our room was sweltering with it being just 23º outside. It wouldn't be possible to sleep there in the summer. No bathroom fan. Tub, shower head, sink & taps all very old (1980s). No mini-fridge. Mattresses seemed quite old. Location is great but there are also many other hotels in the area, I suggest shopping around for something newer that is better value for money. I would not stay at the Lancaster Hall Hotel again.
