Good location but sloppy management

The apartment is clean, spacious and is in a good location. However, we had three problems that could have been easily fixed by the property manager. None of them were fixed during the stay. 1) the toilet in the second bathroom did not flush correctly and was unusable. first they told us that it was working correctly then they said they would come out, they did not. finally at 11 PM on the last night they said they would like to stop by. I said that wasn’t going to be convenient given we were going to bed. 2) we made the reservation for five people. they only provided four towels. When we asked for an extra towel, they said no and that they only ever provide four towels. 3) when we arrived at the apartment there was no toilet paper anywhere within the apartment in either bathroom. There were simply none. They did not provide any toilet paper, nor they provide any compensation for needing to buy some.
