Convenient location between Hammersmith and Shepherds Bush. Friendly reception team. Compact but clean room. All I needed for couple of nights seeing shows, etc round the city. Fridge in room which was nice touch, not that I had the opportunity to use it.

Black mold in the showers, dirty bathrooms, tiny rooms. Front desk guy tried to charge me for the amount I already paid through Expedia. But like, it’s fine if you need a place to stay in London and don’t want to spend a ton of money.

Good location, poor hotel.

Great location with lovely local shops and bars. The hotel itself is in need of refurbishment. The first room I was given was in the basement. Generally grubby, smelled of damp and the bed was rock hard. I asked for another room which I was given, also in the basement. Only slightly better. Uncomfortable bed. Terrible banging on the ceiling from rooms upstairs. No hairdryer. Flaky Internet connection. Again generally grubby.

The only good thing about the hotel is its location if you’re visiting the Westfield shopping mall. The fotos of the hotel are false / not correct. It gives you a nice appearance when you first go in, but the reality is quite different. The kitchenette is about a 2 metres squared dirty room with only space for a customer to maker a tea/coffee or something to eat. The staff does hardly speak to the customers. On arrival he just gave us the key literally & was it. He did not show us the kitchenette or told us in which floor our room was located. On a number of occasions we asked for an iron which never came as they said that they would be taken up, but never came. The same with extra milk, they said that it would be delivered to the room but never again. Most of the time the shower was cold or without pressure. Our room was small with enough space to walk to the shower as it was against a side wall.

At this price and area was not expecting that much but has was not going to be there much more than sleeping not that worried booked it has the pictures make it look great for the price. The accomidation itself was dirty and unkept with the carpet hanging on the extinstent by the few remaining strands it still had and its mainy stains on entering the room on the hike up the stairs there was a strong smell of mold which could only be made tolerable by having the window open close the window and within minutes it was intolerable again. Staff were more interested in watching there shows on discrord and talking with there friends than helping out. Interesting that they still use a picture of a Breakfast buffet because that is not available. When the above issues were raised with expedia they were unhelpfull in all ways deninig there own pictures and reports from long standing customers. In short dont stay there

Close to a tube station. It wasn’t a bad experience but it’s nothing fancy and the wifi was down. It was a good place to crash for the night but I wouldn’t recommend staying for long.

Hotel is not great , rooms although clean bedding, just felt dirty . My room smelt ok in the third floor but my colleagues room in the basement smelt damp. Surrounding area felt unsafe , Shepherd’s Bush park looked a bit rough at night to walk through. Must admit didn’t look at the reviews as needed to book quick as only needed the room for an early start . Would not have done if looked at reviews.

Improvement needed before opening for public.

At counter check in WiFi was given but weak signal when in the room. In the room it was okay no Aircon just a fan equally similar to travel log. There was no remote to control Tele so no TV as well but not forgetting the way the cleaning of walls with Staining and where you can cracks is not good The worse of all is there was no hot water at the final day stay to have a shower plus the whole plate for the hot and cold panel was coming outwith the shower pipe moving from the inside of the wall.. Adding all these issues says it need to fix things before allowing people to stay in one of these room

This property is ideal for backpackers. Room/bathroom VERY small!!! When booked, breakfast was to be provided, once at hotel was told "since COVID it has been discontinued"---unacceptable!! it then should be removed from listing. Front desk service was sporadic. Location is ok, 10 min walk from subway station, grocery store across the road.

We booked with breakfast there are pictures of breakfast on the website there was no breakfast or breakfast room. Room needs updating & there was 1 pillow per person! Reception is only maned for a couple of hours a day it seems
