Staff don't look too happy. Overall maintenance within the rooms need attention. Our main issue was Hotel Saint didn't return our two (separate reservations) incidental deposits of £50 each, total of £100.00, even after calling them two times and the managers said Hotel Saint will credit back the £100.00. Our credit card company helped us to dispute the amount but Hotel Saint refused to do so. We saw other reviews with the same issue of this hotel.

This hotel is in the perfect location, the train station is right next to the hotel, many restaurants in walking distance. Staff had to be some of the nicest people we have talked to!! The room was nice size with a great view. Bed was very comfortable. 10/10 recommend

Overall can’t fault the hotel, staff were excellent, everything was clean. The beds were a little soft for my liking, but that’s personal preference for someone with a dodgy back. The room we were in was on the first floor and you could hear the drone of a hot water boiler, but again this wasn’t much of an issue. Would definitely stay here again.

Woeful communication from the hotel. Due to severe train problems there was no way to travel to London so I could even stay at the hotel. Despite asking about the possibility of a refund the hotel wouldn’t even reply to me. Absolutely woeful experience for 225 pounds.
