The issue was not the hotel’s fault, but she showed genuine concern, remained very pleasant throughout the interaction, and was able to resolve everything quickly. Customer service is very important to me because I believe it reflects the face of a company. She represented the hotel brand extremely well, and her positive attitude and willingness to help made a lasting impression on us. Unfortunately I was unable to get her name, as I was busy trying to get my four year-old granddaughter in order."

"What a special place! This is such a lovely home and peaceful place. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The room was clean and spacious. It was so nice to watch the sunset from the dock and enjoy the view from the balcony. The bed was very comfortable. Ms. Debbie offered us breakfast on our schedule, and it was fresh and delicious. We’ll definitely plan to stay here when we return to the area."
