Building was damaged. there was no trashcan in the room. None of the linens were changed over a two day period. There was no breakfast as the write-up stated. Refrigerator was not plugged in when we got there and when plugged in, it never got cold. Totally disappointing stay.

I do apologize we did not meet you expectations. We are working on renovations and new roof over main lobby. Also the renovations for the rooms. We look forward to the outcome of the renovations. In the meantime we are working twice as hard to make sure everything else is ready for arrival. Sometime things are missed and I do apologize for any inconvenience this may have brought to you. I would look forward to all the new renovations we are bringing inside and out.

This hotel is run down. My daughter picked up a needle in THE ROOM. the rooms have mold all over and roaches! No jetted tubs

We do care to provide a relaxing place to stay and enjoy our jobs here very much. Our market has completely changed and we are working on the rooms as fast as we can and making renovations.

Property shouldn't have been opened. Restaurant was closed because it was torn apart. Rooms were outdated, phones didn't work, no breakfast & most of staff looked & sounded disgusted. Only bright was pool was open.

After a hard year it has been a challenge with finding employees and supplies as well to keep up with the demand. We will continue to take feedback and make changes as fast as possible. We have a lot of great updates and plans in store for the property.

Had to call font desk to get toilet paper. We could have some if we came and got it. TV didnt work. They said someone would be there to fix it, never happened. The room smelled and the refrigerator reaked. The room wasnt clean, black mold in the shower.

The bathroom had mold. Floors were dirty. No safety grab bars in tub. Ceiling had black stains all over it. Place just wasn’t clean.

The cost was reasonable. It was quiet. The breakfast was awesome. The room was not that clean but there were no bugs and they brought us clean towels every day as we requested. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable.
