Three Rooms With A View

This three bedroom condo offers a top floor stunning view of the lake. Enjoy a large L shaped deck with a table for four as well as outdoor seating. The living room has a sectional sofa and recliner chair. The kitchen has a stove, fridge, microwave, coffee pot (basic coffee provided), and dishwasher. Space for eight for dining with a table for four and the bar seating with countertop height stools for four. We offer pots and pans and dishes for you to use. We also have a crock pot and a griddle.

The primary bedroom has a king size bed and a bathroom attached with a shower/tub and direct access to the deck. The second room has a twin bunk bed and a queen size bed and the third room offers a queen size bed. We offer a television in each room as well as internet access, cable, and access to movie channels for you to enjoy during your stay.

The complex has two pools one just steps from the building. There is a tennis court and basketball hoop and rackets and balls are provided. We have some games for the kids and the adults too!

We provide decaf and regular coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, a few laundry soap pods just in case, dishwasher soap, we have basic spices like, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder we also have condiment packets for mayo, ketchup, mustard, and hot sauce.

Our unit is a third floor with stairs up, we do not have an elevator. It is overlooking the upper-level pool on the front and the lake view and deck are on the back side of the unit. Our complex also allows for only two parking permits that must be displayed. We have suggestions for any extra vehicles, please just ask us.

Family trip

Beautiful place to stay/lots of steps

The host was very responsive and we loved the condo. Make sure steps are not a problem for you. The balcony floor is a little soft in places but it was our favorite place to hang out. We were disappointed that the closest pool was closed as that was a big selling point for us, but that was not the host’s doing. We would definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful view

The view is outstanding. The mattresses were needing updated. But overall a very nice place that worked well for our group. Karen was very helpful too! Just be aware that going up to the 3rd floor you go up some very steep stairs, pack light!

The view of the lake was so refreshing. The area was so quiet and peaceful. The surrounding area, parks, caves, and nature was so beautiful. Coming from the mountains of Tennessee, this trip was so amazing and gorgeous.

Very nice, spacious condo.

Because of HOA mandates, the owners shut off all of the water, icemakers, etc between rentals. This process happened during our dinner and was quite a pain. The owners should have an agreement with someone ONSITE to take care of this before the renters arrive. The climb is very steep to this unit. Other big complaint was that the blinds in the master bedroom were missing four slats, making sleeping impossible after sunrise. The owner said she would address this, but too late for our stay. The owner was responsive.

Very accommodating, beautiful view!

Our stay was amazing! We enjoyed the large space of this condo and the fantastic view. The host was quick to respond. We appreciated the comfortable atmosphere. If I had to nitpick and find something that could have made our stay better, it would have been a softer mattress in the primary room - for me it was quite stiff and I have back problems. Another is the amount of stairs you have to climb - but that I knew ahead of time. Would definitely consider staying again.

Excellent stay!

Our stay was wonderful. We had an issue with the hot water heater and in less than an hour a technician was at the door to fix it. Not to mention he came out on a holiday weekend! I would definitely stay again. The only negative is the condo is on the third floor so it’s a bit of a hike. Other than that the property was beautifully well kept.
