High beamed ceilings and a charming brick fireplace is open to both the dining room and kitchen. There is a private back patio, BBQ, outdoor shower, and two car garage with a large driveway. It is stocked with beach gear - paddle boards, boogie boards, chairs, etc.

Cliff Drive is a picturesque street that follows the coast with a walking path that begins at Heisler Park and continues to the Laguna Main Beach Boardwalk, located in the center of town. The free trolley picks up riders on Cliff Drive and shuttles to the center of town, the Festival of the Arts, The Sawdust Festival and South Laguna.
