The room I booked was supposed to be a handicap room with a walk in shower. When I arrived the room was already given away. They put us on the 2nd floor in a handicapped room they called handicapped bc it had handles in the bath tub. I purposely requested the walk in shower because my mother is in a wheelchair. There was another incident when the elevator broke and staff did not even care that my mother had a doctor’s appointment and we needed a working elevator to leave our room. After I made a complaint with Wyndham corp all the staff had a huge attitude and were quite rude the rest of our stay. Lastly the property did not honor the price for hotels.com and bill was more expensive.

Pet friendly at an affordable price

This pet friendly hotel was good for the price. Comfortable bed and a clean room. The area felt very safe. We had no concerns taking our dogs out during the night.
