"Hello - I loved my time at the conference held at the university. However the hotel was disappointing. I was not looking forward to going back to my room after a long day. Rooms good use a refresh. Especially the bathroom. There was so much black mold in the shower that it was evident that this has been the case for a very, very long time. How management can ignore this is unacceptable. I asked to change rooms however the hotel was full. There was a horrible mechanical noise with the wall that kept me up all night. Coffee maker was blown, etc. The towels smelled absolutely awful. I informed front desk of the above and there was no recourse or compensation offered. No email from management. Poorly run."
