Bedbugs!!!!!!!!! Biting. Full grown BEDBUGS!!!! Do NOT stay at this hotel. “We have not had a complaint from that room before” said the night manager. Who, even after we showed him the full grown biting bedbugs on the pee and blood stained mattress refused to give us a refund until my husband threatened to go door to door and inform the other guests that they should check their mattresses! It makes me itch to even write this.

Great location for visiting downtown Indy from Cincinnati. The pool is an outdoor pool (not indoor) and it was green and disgusting as we looked out our window - obviously not winterized. No one should ever swim here. The bathroom door didn't close properly. And the TV didn't work. Good thing we only stayed here 1 night.

The property needs a renovation! The outside of building needs a paint and the roof was sprawling, only one elevator worked, the washer and dryers were broken, and the security access to the side door was broken so anyone could access the hotel. The hallways smell of pot and any noise or talking could be heard from the room. I would not recommend this hotel

The door in front of handicapped parking was locked so you couldn’t use it so handicapped parking was a joke. The staff had a hard time making the keys to the room because it wasn’t working properly so had to wait and eventually had to be taken to our rooms and staff brought keys to us when it finally worked. Very cramped place to hang clothes - iron and ironing board in way and clothes hung too close to floor . The staff was friendly, but check in was slow, but not due to staff, but due to key process not working. Need signs up in hall, especially near elevators asking for them to be quiet as others are trying to sleep- lots of loud talking and yelling at 2 and 3:00 in the morning. Didn’t sleep all night.

The room/air conditioner smelled musty and was very humid no matter what the temperature was. We also had to have our room keys reset twice. The first time was when we were given keys that didn't work at all after checking in. The second was the next day in the afternoon when they just suddenly stopped working. It was a pretty quick process to get them reset, but still inconvenient.
