The door in front of handicapped parking was locked so you couldn’t use it so handicapped parking was a joke. The staff had a hard time making the keys to the room because it wasn’t working properly so had to wait and eventually had to be taken to our rooms and staff brought keys to us when it finally worked. Very cramped place to hang clothes - iron and ironing board in way and clothes hung too close to floor . The staff was friendly, but check in was slow, but not due to staff, but due to key process not working. Need signs up in hall, especially near elevators asking for them to be quiet as others are trying to sleep- lots of loud talking and yelling at 2 and 3:00 in the morning. Didn’t sleep all night.

The room/air conditioner smelled musty and was very humid no matter what the temperature was. We also had to have our room keys reset twice. The first time was when we were given keys that didn't work at all after checking in. The second was the next day in the afternoon when they just suddenly stopped working. It was a pretty quick process to get them reset, but still inconvenient.

This hotel is nice enough and appears to be recently remodeled. The floor in our room was soaking wet near the air conditioner which was off putting. The pool is only an outdoor pool and doesn't open until 11 in the morning. We like to give our kids swim time before putting them in the car for a long ride so that was a bummer. The staff was very friendly and overall the stay was okay.

I drove nine hours for a wedding my room was booked for Thursday-Sunday. Well we arrived that Friday and was told my room was cancelled because of my card declining the same card I used to pay for my stay by the way. I then was told that I would still be charged and that the third party I booked with did not provide the right contact information for them to notify me. I made a fuss and was given my room but was told I can only stay that night in my room and the next day I would have to move but would get a room with a jacuzzi to accommodate me. I had a king suite with two bathrooms the shower handle was broken but the room over all was nice way better then my dirty jacuzzi room which had stuff in the jacuzzi so we did not get in, the room also have the darn peephole in backwards, yup you could look in our room from the outside and see what was going on in side which cause me to stay in a place where no one could see us, we ended up using a paper to cover the whole. They also had just replaced the AC in the room we sweated all night. Will not stay here again.

I apologize for this. Unfortunately when the hotel is sold out and and we cannot get ahold of a guest for a new method of payment we must cancel that reservation. I'm very glad we ended up being able to accommodate you. We hope you give us the chance to better serve you in the future.

Renovating an older hotel to look nicer. Some small issues still, like windows that allow cold air to seep into the room, even with the curtains closed.

THIS HOTEL CHARGED ME EXTRA CHARGES ON MY CREDIT CARD WITHOUT DISCUSSING WITH ME . THE COUCH SOFA BED HAD METAL SPRINGS STICKING OUT AND CAUSED SLIGHT PAIN WHILE SLEEPING
