The location is great since we needed to catch a flight very early in the morning. Yhe staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and patio area was unique. The rooms were comfortable but a bit small. I would of like a spa and a refrigerator. Overall we had a great stay and will stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Room was dirty and disgusting

Room was dirty, stains on couch, nightstand table had cracks, the shower head barely had water coming out, had to turn it off as water wasn’t draining it came out fast from the bathtub spout and without it draining it was going to overflow. Didn’t even get to wash my hair. The light switches had grime - overall room was disgusting!

SERENITY FOUND

I LOVE the hotel! I travel for business and when the Marriott’s are sold out I ask my company to please put me at The Atrium! Great location and CHARMING GEM OF A HOTEL! Each room is appointed with art that has inspiring messages, and the balconies overlooking the beautiful pool are my favorite! They have more updated rooms which I really like but even the older style room is Safe, Comfy and well appointed. Outside rooms look into parking lot but they also have nice trees and skyline. They used to have Modelo at the front desk but now only Ultra…so that was a bummer! Walking to I HOP, El Tostito and Gullivers for food and right across from the airport! A MUST STAY!

Extremely disappointed with this property. Go elsewhere, there are many other options right next door. This was old, worn down and dirty. The rooms smell musty. Parking is extremely expense, $28 a day which they don't tell you. Don't fall for the pictures, the rooms need a major update and cleanliness isn't great here.

The location is fantastic—perfect for relaxing and enjoying your time in peace. However, the room was poorly equipped, and I had to request essentials from the front desk. There was no mini fridge or any basic amenities, and they charged extra to provide one.
