I'm usually never further than 15 minutes down the road or a phone call away if you need me.

You'll be a quick quarter mile walk to Fairmont Parkway, with a long 2 mile strip going towards Beltway 8, lined on both sides with many restaurants, shopping and groceries.

- Plenty of parking, including 3 covered spaces
- Inexpensive Ubers due to close proximity of destinations

Heated Pool/Spa Guidelines:

- Host Moderated (Per House Rules, Guests May Not Operate the Controls of the Pool Pump, Heater or Pool Plumbing Systems without Property Owners Consent and Payment Agreement)
- $1.50 Per CCF (Hundred Cubic Feet) of Natural Gas (About $7/hr)
- Spa Heats at Roughly 10 Degrees Per Hour (104 Degrees Max Temp) and Pool Heats at Roughly 2 Degrees Per Hour (90 Degrees Max Temp).

Please Take This Into Consideration When Requesting Your Heating Time.

*Please arrange your heating request(s) with us as early as possible if you’d like the water pre-heated upon arrival and/or to avoid any lapses in requested heating.

We love and are grateful for all of our guests - and we don't wish to seem overly strict - however we need to stress the importance of following our pool rules.

We are one of the very few short term rental properties allowing guests access to a heatable pool, all year round for a few good reasons:

One is the high cost of energy which is why we charge for water heating at actual cost.

The other is our liability for guests who take it amongst themselves to operate the pool and heating systems in a faulty manor, therefore damaging expensive components and causing significant maintenance and repairs.

Let's all do our part to adhere to these guidelines so that our guests may enjoy our heated pool and spa for a long time to come.

We welcome you and/or your group to enjoy, have fun and experience our unique space in it's entirety, responsibly and safely.

2. No loud music outside after 10 p.m.
3. No operation of the heated pool/pump system without hosts initial instruction first. This can be done in-person or by facetime/google video meeting. Simply ask and we will be more than happy to walk you through the process.
4. No loud/wild parties
5. No damages please. We will legally seek full reimbursement for any and all damages made to our property during your stay. This includes any professional cleaning services needed, in the event of carpet or other surface stains, inside smoking, stained or damaged linens, etc.
