great house in a great location

We stayed here for two nights while exploring Hot Springs National Park. We loved the layout of the house and appreciated how clean it was. We also loved the quiet neighborhood and the relaxing views of the lake. Would absolutely stay here again.

My Dad's 85th birthday trip

Our stay was amazing!!! The house was exactly like it was advertised...even better!!! The views were amazing.... right in the water on 3 sides!!! Beautiful sunrise in the mornings from the sun porch and beautiful sunsets from the back patio!!! We had the best time!!! We will be returning soon!!!

Magnolia-magnificent

Everything about this location and home is outstanding! The home has perfect variety of unique areas to relax and enjoy Lake Hamilton. The staff was amazing, everything was clean and great quality, and the experience you can create here is unforgettable. This was my first booking and if others compare to the hospitality at Magnolia, count me in! Rooms were decorated classy and outdoor patio setting was my favorite. Kitchen was amazing and the lighting throughout the property created the exact mood for each night. Great location with privacy, but close enough to hiking, restaurants, and more fun. Highly recommend staying at Magnolia House!

Private Lake Shore

Beautiful home and location. The stay was for an annual brother’s getaway and eclipse viewing. During the day there are boats going by, some are loud. In the night very few if any boats go by so none interfered with our sleep. Would definitely book again, actually we have already started looking at availability later this year.

Spring Break 2024

Beautiful property and an excellent location. I felt very comfortable letting the children play outside as the property is located on a quiet islet of Lake Hamilton that is gated. The house was open and bright - it felt larger than the square footage implies. Sunrise and sunset over the lake was impressive with impressive views. We will most definitely book again!

Unbelievable

Pictures does not due the property justice. The kitchen was the perfect size. The master bedroom with all the shutter windows is fantastic, but the view from the backyard….that is one in a million! We spent 3 nights with the fire pit lit and enjoyed the view. We didn’t even spend time in the sunroom. Three bedrooms/three bathrooms and plenty of space. You WILL NOT be disappointed

Fantastic Home

Amazing location with gorgeous views. The home was perfect. It had all up to date amenities and appliances. Fantastic kitchen and an Awesome built-in back porch. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable beds. Each room in the house has it's own AC which was a PLUS since each guest could control their own temperature to their liking. It is only a 10 minute drive to down town Hot Springs. We highly recommend this home and we will definately be coming back in the future!

Family Get Togther

Experience was very good in spite of the bad weather. Enjoyed the house. One suggestion to make it better would be instructions for the TV's. Finally got U-Tube TV going but never could figure out how to adjust the sound level on the remote. The fireplace was very nice but the control box might need the batteries replaced. Sometimes it would work and sometimes not.

Beautiful cottage Right on the lake

Beautiful old cottage with great updates right on the main channel. Close to Sams Pizza was awesome. Views from EVERY room of the lake. This cottage has always been one of my favorite homes on the lake growing up on Hamilton in the summers.

Quick Fall Getaway

What a beautiful setting for a beautifully updated home. The view from the lovely Magnolia Cottage and sunsets off the patio were breathtaking. The home was spotless and had all we needed for a relaxing, mid-week stay.

Nice place.

I have a disabled child fulltime wheelchair and this locations works well. Except the bathrooms. Now… we are very accustomed to not having idea bathrooms so let me say this house is awesome and very very clean and tidy. We’ve stayed at many VRBO/ABNB and this one is a cool spot. The beds are great. Casper. Yep I looked. Also… if u rent a boat. The dock is on the east side of the driveway. Not the dock you see out the house window to the west. This is a great dock b/c it’s very calm and I was able to get my son in very easy. Worth the price and in fact… they could charge more.

Delightful surprise!

Every room with a view

This home is just amazing. Every room has a stunning view. Very well equipped, but we did purchase and donate a coffee pot to the house because we don't care for Kurig K Cups. Very clean and the beds were as promised- extremely comfortable! I will definately be back.

Perfect Lake Cottage

This was my favorite rental to date! This adorable cottage slept our whole family of 7 comfortably. It is well- decorated, well appointed, has comfortable beds and a great modern kitchen. And the view of the lake is to die for. We didn’t want to leave!
