There was an active water leak from the ceiling in the bathroom above the toliet and pieces of the ceiling started to fall. The hotel was fully booked so they were unable to move us to another room and they did not offer any accommodation.

The property itself could have been cleaner. We needed to get to the airport before 6 a.m., but the shuttle driver was responsible for getting the breakfast ready as well as drive the shuttle. More staff is needed.
