The rooms were very nice and modern, the staff were friendly and helpful, the location was convenient and vibrant. Unfortunately, there were bed bugs in our room and after bringing it up with the front desk and following up a couple days later, they claimed an inspector said there weren't any in our room. That simply isn't possible, because after killing the bed bug in our room, we took a picture of it and brought the bed bug to the front desk for them to see. Based on their reaction to the news, this isn't the first time they have had this complaint. Not a fan of how they are denying bed bugs being on the premises. They were nice enough to locate us to another room, although the new room wasn't cleaned properly.

My overall experience was very enjoyable. Great location, walking distance to the beach, shopping and dining. The staff were absolutely amazing, super friendly and helpful. My only setback back was the unexpected resort fees.

Adults only but not up to our expectations. Tried the pool bar twice. 1st trip the bar was empty and I felt like I was bothering the server. 2nd trip with my wife the bar was closed on a Saturday night at 7:00 pm. Didn’t feel like an adults only bar. We then attempted to get service at the inside bar. One server was busy on their cell phone. The second server was in front of us three times and never acknowledged us. I shared this experience with hotel staff and received a response quickly apologizing. Seamed like a template apology. Rooms were updated and non bar service was fine. Pool deck was in the middle of a courtyard with no view besides condos and hotels. Location is close to the international market. Check out the Twin Fin Hotel. Sister property with a better location, pool deck and service.

Good walkable location, close to an amazing Maragume noodle house and the best donuts I have ever had at Donut King…. 5 minutes walk to beach. Staff were amazing and helpful.

The hotel and staff itself was nice but parking is horrible there so you have no choice but to use valet parking which was $55/day! There’s also a resort fee that’s $45 a day that my husband and I had no idea about.

The staff is extremely helpful. The resort fee is not justified. The restaurant is good but has a small Japanese menu. Only drawnack is music that is too loud. It is only 5 minutes from the beach.

This is a beautiful and stylish adults-only hotel. The rooms were a bit on the small side, but perfectly suitable for two people, and wonderfully furnished. My partner enjoyed the pool immensely. BUT: buyer beware! Upon final checkout, there was a 'resort fee' that was charged, which I was not even aware of, since it wasn't disclosed upon booking or even check-in. I've been trying to dispute this charge, but to no avail. Do your due diligence.

My friend and I stayed in the hotel for 8 nights, Friday to Sat; and had a wonderful stay. The shuttle from the airport dropped us off by the front entrance and the doorman was truly friendly, as well as Nani, and all who are behind the front desk, also their other hotel staff and cleaning crew. We had the king size bed, 3rd floor, clean room and no complaints on noise since our room is by the right end tip of the hotel. They clean the rooms every Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday only. I like that they have a water refill station and complementary sake drink from their bar. Their heated pool is 3.5ft deep, there were times that it’s crowded but there are also times that it wasn’t. Their pool closes by 10pm, and the pool closer staff could be friendlier instead of being stern. We had smashed burger and chicken burger from their resto and both taste delicious. From the hotel, it’s just 2mins walk to the International Market mall and just 5 more minutes to the beach. Could walk straight from the mall to the beach for shade. They have the concierge to leave luggages after check out.
