Great but needs some improvements

Overall it was pretty good hotel but some things fell short. Given a complimentary upgrade to a King suite and food credit which was very appreciated. Room great size, however lots of issues with the tv, bathroom outlet didn't work, not enough towels. Next day, all the power and electricity went out in our room... no tv, no outlets working, only 1 light. Same morning asked front desk to fix the issue. Came back late night, nothing was fixed. They moved us to another room, everything was okay but bathroom outlet still didn't work! Also noticed the bed sheets had hair and some parts of carpet and bathroom not cleaned thoroughly. Also they are supposed to do housekeeping every other day, I stayed 7 days and they came only once and I asked twice about it, very annoyed. The service was wonderful from 2 specific front end employees, but the others were a bit cold. Restaurant, pool and other amenities were wonderful and enjoyed proximity to shopping etc but those small things made the experience a tad frustrating. Any other hotel I would never have to worry about those types of things.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The front desk was incredible and very accommodating. We had a plug shortage in the bathroom and we let the front desk know and it was fixed within the hour. The location is also walking distance to everything— bars, food spots, and the beach! Would definitely stay here again.
