The place was clean, close to everything and the 6th floor recreation deck with pool was lovely. Property managers are always friendly, accommodating and helpful. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the unit was ok. The view was as expected based on pictures. Property management was kind and easy to work with before and during our stayThe unit needs to be updated for how much they charge. I could have stayed with hotel and had almost the same amenities 1.) Beach towels, there were 4 to use and all different shapes and sizes. 4 LARGE towels would have been nice for a week long stay2.) Bed Pillows, they were flat! This is a very inexpensive update you can do 2x a year based on how often this unit gets rented out. 3.) Bed linens were stained, again, replace and update4.) Curtains in bedroom have holes in them and are stained5.) Outdoor toys/equipment was a nice bonus, but the items were all pretty trashed, we used a boogie board once and it fell apart. Storing inside would be better.6.) Update kitchen items, would have loved a Keurig and an air fryer, otherwise it was ok. Happy to have coffee filters and some basics like aluminum foil available. Overall we would stay at the location again but maybe not rent this particular unit unless we knew updates had occurred.

Pool was too cold. Sleeper sofa was worst ever encountered & needs to be replaced. Pillows on beds are flat/cheap/worn out, need replaced. Cutting board in unit would be helpful. DVD player in unit would be nice. Bathroom fan did not work during our stay, if it’s present. Lanai is small but pleasant, Kitchenette was very nice. AC was excellent. Combo door lock entry very convenient. Free parking for guests is a nice touch. Location is of course very convenient.

Almost perfect

We were really impressed with the size and overall style of the condo... especially for such a great price. The kitchen and bath were modern and well equiped. It has partial ocean and diamond head views. My only issue is that the windows in the bedroom were fairly low and had no safety locks. My 4 year old was able to open them and being right next to the bed, he could have easily fallen out if not supervised 100 percent of the time. There was an excellent safety lock on the sliding glass door, but not on the windows. I brought window locks just in case, but they did not fit the window and a permanently installed lock would have given me great piece of mind. Also, the water pressure in the bathroom sink was rather low. We would stay again if the window issue could be resolved.

GREAT LOCATION FOR WAIKIKI

We thoroughly enjoyed our 11 days at the condo. It was very well equipped; beds were comfortable; plenty of towels and kitchen was nicely updated. The only negative we had is it is time to replace the couch in the living room.
