1672 St. Andrews is a fully renovated 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom first level condo with beautiful views of the Fazio Golf Course!

The condo features LVP and tile flooring throughout with Smart TVs in both the living area and bedroom. The living area has a sleeper sofa and access to the private deck. A powder room is located just off the entrance for added convenience.

The dining area seats 4 comfortably with more seating at the kitchen bar. The kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances and a tiled backsplash.

The bedroom has a queen bed and a Smart TV. This room has access to a recently renovated bathroom with a large, tiled walk-in shower.

St. Andrews Commons is located just inside the desirable Palmetto Dunes Ocean Front Resort. The community features an on-site pool open April through September and is a short 1.2-mile bike ride to the beach or an easy half-mile walk to the Palmetto Dunes General Store. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Vehicle Policy: Palmetto Dunes is a secured community, please specify the number of security gate passes that are needed at the time of booking your reservation. Passes are charged per car per week. 2 cars max.
