The open floor plan kitchen has quartz countertops including an island for extra counter space. There is beautiful coastal luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, and a state-of-the-art tiled bathroom with a walk in shower. You will enjoy your vacation at this villa. The villa is located on the quiet marsh side of the resort and is a short walk to the beach and pool. There is a ramp to the unit. No need to climb steps.

Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.
