Good location, but poor management communication and needs some updates
Upon arrival, the place looked great. It was a bit dirty, but I was still hopeful. The cleaning people were still working past the check in time. The bed felt like it was going to fall apart. My feet were up in the air and I was rolling back in towards the headboard. I reached out to management several times throughout the week with the promise that someone would call, text or email to come check it out. No one ever called even after numerous attempts. On Friday morning when I was checking out I reached out a final time to let them know that no one ever called or came by. I was informed that someone did come by and without my approval and without me there. I was promised that I would be contacted prior and never was. I was traveling with an immunocompromised person and had asked 2 times to be notified by management when they were coming. We needed to air the place out after someone would have been through and disinfected for their health. This was an extremely frustrating way to end the trip because what they did "fix" didn't fix the issue.
We also had no extra sheets for the pullout. Again, I reached out several times about this with no follow through. The pullout is the thinnest I have slept on and you are on springs. This may be ok for a kid, but I got no sleep the entire week. On top of the no follow through and bad beds, the couch was filthy with stains all over the cushions and the wifi was also out the majority of the week.
The location is great.
