Welcome to Evian 198, a beautiful Villa located in the gated Shipyard community of Hilton Head Island! Spend your next vacation at this 2 -level condo overlooking the 7th fairway of the Brigantine golf course.

Living Spaces:
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a table for 4. The dining room seats 6 and the patio has a table for 6 and a lounge chair. The living room has 2 sofas (1 reclines), a love seat, a chair, and a 50" TV. Five TVs stream cable.

Accommodations:
The first floor has one queen bedroom with private bath that doubles as a half bath during the day. Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a king bed, large bathroom with skylight over the marble shower, double vanity, lighted make up mirror, and golf course view. The second upstairs bedroom has a king bed, two twin beds with glow at night stars overhead, and a private bath with shower /tub combo. The bedrooms feature new Beauty rest hybrid mattresses.

Outdoor:
Enjoy the spacious covered patio perfect to enjoy a cup of coffee. Hoses are conveniently located in front and back for easy cleanup of sandy feet and beach gear. This villa is well suited for 3 couples, or folks with mobility challenges.

Great spot, but trip cut short

We booked 4 nights but only stayed for one. There was an issue with the hot water heater, so we had to move to another property. But this unit was excellently appointed, recently updated, and well stocked. Property management was very communicative and rallied quickly to get us to a new location. We wished we could have stayed in this one.

Fun Week!

We had a fun family beach week and the accommodations were just as advertised. Excellent location, clean, and the owners were so responsive and helpful. We enjoyed cooking out and eating in as well as being close to our favorite places to eat out. We would stay here again! Thank you for your hospitality!

Golf weekend
