Chic and cozy .…C314, well-stocked private balcony — Snowbirds message 4 deals

We would love for you to come and stay in our condo where you can relax and enjoy yourself!

Once you unlock the door you will see that we have opened up the hallway/bedroom wall to give you an open inviting feeling. The queen mattress has been upgraded to give you a restful night sleep. There is plenty of closet space for you in case you pack like I do and bring too many sandals, clothes and accessories. We do have a flat screen TV with remote in the bedroom.

In the bathroom we have tub/shower combination with quartz walls. The bathroom also has a vanity area with a stool, great lighting for putting on your make-up. There is a hair dryer for your use.

We have new cabinets & stainless steel appliances featuring quartz countertops & dishwasher in the kitchen/living room. This room features a queen size sleeper sofa, dining table & chairs, flat screen TV.

There is a private balcony with a pub table with two stools and an extra two chairs. We provide beach (2) chairs for your convenience, you just need to bring the beach towels! You can also rent beach chairs and umbrella during the season from Shore services. The resort has two swimming pools, the large pool also has a kiddie pool as well. Jamaican Joe’z is the pool bar that is located right next to the large pool. There is a second pool on property located by the Admirals Row building. Both pools are open to all guests. Right beyond the pool is the best beach on the island!
During the summer season, there is live entertainment at Jamaican Joe’z bar on weekends and plenty of activities available for children all week long. Some fees may apply.

On arrival day you are notified when the condo is clean and ready for check in. Once you are in there will be a gift basket (snacks vary) waiting for you.


LAUNDRY INFO——-For you convenience there is CleanPay mobile app that you can downloadto yourphone or for your convenience we provide the CleanPay laundry card so you would just need to add money to that card. The laundry machines are on the first and second floor.

We love staying at this resort. Dee was a great host. She texted us early to let us know the unit was ready early..life saver when you have kids. 200ft walk to pool and beach. We got a Snack bowl! awesome little snack bar for kids and adults. I will 100% stay here again

The condo was beautiful, clean and well stocked. The only complaint was that the elevator broke the first day of our trip and was not fixed the entire week we were there and as an older couple (in our 70s) we booked this room because of the fact it was advertised as near the elevator. Definitely was hard to climb three flights daily with our beach gear. Other than that hiccup the stay was wonderful and made great memories. Thank you!

The beach was very close by just 5 minutes walking distance. The gym was nice and close by 3 minutes walking distance. The people were very friendly. The only thing that I would suggest is more restaurants in the resort and a small convenience store. Every thing was GREAT!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was great! Easy access to the beach. A great pool and kiddie pool if youre traveling with small children. Super cute restaurant. The condo its self was clean and updated. It was well stocked with anything you may need to cook/eat. Plenty of clean fluffy towels.

Great weekend away!

We had a great mini-vacay experience in Hilton Head. The condo was exactly like the pictures, just a few steps from the pool, bar/restaurant, and the beach! The facility and condo both were very clean, and although it was really busy when we went, it was actually really quiet. We will be back!

This was our third time staying at HHB&T and the third unit we have rented from Dee and non have disappointed. Dee is very responsive, helpful, and accommodating.
