All bedrooms are furnished with new freshly cleaned sheets and towels, new mattresses and comforters, and smart TVs in every room. Updated and renovated kitchen with granite countertops, 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, hot tub, kids pool, workout facility, walking/jogging track, quick quarter mile walk to the beautiful beach! Coco's on the Beach located at end of boardwalk on this private beach has great drinks and food, bathrooms available. No pets allowed per resort rules. Complimentary shuttle too! Great rental!

We enjoyed our stay. Our kids enjoyed the indoor pool outside our door very nice indoor setup. The condo was clean and big enough for our family of 6. The path to the beach was nice I would have just liked it to be a closer walk. Other than the beach being a long walk everything was great.

The property itself was fantastic to stay at...indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, bar, small restaurant, bike rentals, boardwalk to the beach. The condo was clean, had beach chairs, beach wagon, chairs on the patio, beds and pillows were comfortable, ample parking, close to stores and public beach as well. I would recommend this place and will stay here again. The staff were friendly and helpful, and Nicolas (owner) was very responsive and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and cozy. It is a great location for kids. Our son really enjoyed the video games. There is an indoor pool just outside the condo. The boardwalk to the beach is just a short walk from the condo and there is a golf cart shuttle to the beach as well across the boardwalk.

I recently returned from one of the BEST vacations I've ever had, and I couldn't be more thrilled with my experience! The location was not only beautiful but also impeccably clean. We were delighted to find that the owner provided a beach wagon filled with chairs and beach toys, making our trips to the beach a breeze.One of the highlights was the lovely deck that overlooked a small pond. Each night, we enjoyed relaxing there and even embarked on a little adventure looking for alligators! The condo's amenities were also impressive. It was situated in a building that featured an indoor pool, steam room, sauna, arcade, and gym, all just steps away.Additionally, the outdoor pools and beach were conveniently close, enhancing our overall enjoyment. We had an absolutely fabulous time, and I wholeheartedly recommend staying here for anyone looking for a memorable getaway!

Stayed with my family of six, with kids aged 3-12. I give it five stars overall, the kids loved the pools, and all the amenities of the Hilton Head Resort are pretty good. The beach access is very good, and the shuttle was very helpful. I appreciated the extra beach gear that is available. The owner was very responsive. I agree with others, it's a bit hard to navigate right when you arrive, but it's fine after you find the room. There do need to be more places to hang towels and swimsuits, especially with 6 of us, and a rule that you can't hang things on the balcony. And the pull out couch is a bit odd - it doesn't lie flat at the end near the couch. Otherwise, it's a great location, stay, and value. We would likely stay again if we return to Hilton Head.

We actually booked this property on accident, we thought we had booked at Hilton Head Island & Tennis Resort as we love that property! Upon arrival we had great information sent for checkin and great communication with the host!The condo itself was plenty of space for our family. Very thankful for the wagon! It could definitely use some more TLC when cleaning the property, no fault of the host but the cleaning crew. The property resort with pools and restaurants were great, however the walk to the beach is a pretty rough 0.5 mile walk. You are unable to ride electric scooters or bikes to the beach so not super friendly walk for kids. The resort strictly enforces all rules so make sure to read the manual with all of the rules! We had a great vacation & enjoyed our stay overall!

Relaxing get away

My best friend and I spent a few days on Hilton Head to celebrate my birthday. The condo was easy to access and had adequate parking. The condo was very comfortable for our short stay. Always appreciate Smart TVs so we can watch our own apps in the evening.

Good place to stay especially if you have little ones with the indoor pool. Although it can be noisy with the pool being right there, we used noise-canceling headphones to sleep. The host was very responsive and addressed our needs quickly.
