Room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was ok, typical hotel breakfast. Be prepared to hear planes landing until evening. Not frequently, but they are loud as very close to airport. Didn’t hear any past about 9 pm. I would stay again.

Poor customer service. I left important clothing behind in the dresser of my room. Once I realized it, I was not permitted to get back into the room to retrieve my items, even though the room was not rented. The front desk clerk was indifferent to my situation and would not bend. She kept telling me I’d have to wait u til the next morning when the housekeeping crew cane in. I explained that would be too late.

Overall, I had an OK experience. Location is near the airport and staff are friendly, but around 6-7 am every morning, the cleaning service starts, and they talked to each other loudly, and I couldn't sleep well every early morning.
