"We were part of a tour group who stayed here. We arrived a day early so we had an extra night. This is really a great, historic place. The views are stunning. Be aware it is “vintage”. No AC, no TV, and no WiFi. It was a little warm during the day (in July) but dropped into the 40’s at night so blankets required. We would stay here again. "

"We used Hatchet Resort as our base for accessing Grand Teton NP. Hatchet is approximately 30 mins drive to the NP. The drive afforded us great views of the Tetons as well as opportunities to see black bears, bison and prong horns. The resort has a motel setup away from the road. Parking is outside your front door and the log construction of the rooms helps to keep them cool although there is a lack of natural light. The room we had did not have air conditioning or a fridge however a fan was provided and an excellent ice machine was easily accessible. We used the second bed to store our luggage as storage space was limited. We ate at the restaurant on all three nights of our stay and the food was excellent whilst the servers were accommodating and personable."

"We loved this place! Rooms were super clean. Bed was awesome. There is nothing around you but other cabins, squirrels & chipmunks. Be prepared to bring food or eat at restaurant which is a little pricey. Camp store sells alcohol which is a bonus. No TVs in room which was a nice surprise. Nice walking path down to River. "
