The room is great , but could use a light in the kitchenette. Had to use my phone to be able to see to make coffee. Prime location in the high season, but would not recommend for the shoulder season. Limited dining options in the Village and the Moose/Wilson park entrance is closed, so you have to go through Jackson. I'm not a skier, but can see this being a great place for those that do ski.

Really friendly staff, beautiful room, and great location. The hotel is family and dog friendly. The hotel is also well kept. Some amenities weren’t available because of COVID, which is understandable. What impressed me was; if they didn’t have a service, they would offer information and help to fulfill that need. I’ll definitely be back.

The staff are all extremely nice. When we got there late Tuesday night we found out that Travelocity had not actually booked our room. The guy at the front desk was very accommodating but it took a little while to get us checked in. Because of the inconvenience he upgraded us to a nicer room. We love the hot tub and the food at the restaurant was pretty good.

The exterior is pleasing & eye-catching. Once inside the reception & check-in area is very cramped. The restaurant is open & filled with light, the menu was limited. If, you choose to stay here do not book a room on the 1st floor, feels like a basement. Our initial room was the bare minimum, simply white comforter, no decorative pillows or bed scarfs. The room was musty and because of recent rain, the concrete floor had absorbed the dampness and part of entry runner was soaking wet. The front desk did apologize and gave us another room, also on the 1st floor, fortunately it was dry & the decor was nicer. Overall, just not our style of hotel. More suited for 20's or 30's somethings, that are not as accustomed to finer lodging.
