No room service had to call front desk for towels after three days. Coffee ran out. No evening entertainment. Staff not up to speed. No tv. Bring a book. Gasoline went up .40 cents in two days. At fishing bridge.

We were supposed to stay 3 nights and left after the 1st night. The food served at the “eatery” was sub-prison grade and expensive for what gruel was shoved at you. Wi fi in the reception building only and even there it was spotty. The room was basic with no TV. So bring your favorite board games or play charades for entertainment. Not a product that you should shell over USD 300 a night for.

For over $400 per night, it was sorely lacking. Limited amenities in room. Baseboard heat did not work. No fan in bathroom. Very basic furnishings. Room was right above loading dock and could hear ATV coming and going. Would not recommend unless desperate.

The lodge is new, no wi fi in the lodges but is in the registration building and dining building. WiFi is slow which makes travel arrangements (flight check in, etc) difficult. Covid “prevention” has the dining limited to take out and limited selections, and the post office is closed so no mailing with a Yellowstone stamp. Beds were too soft and not level. We slept crosswise on the bed s.

Room and stay were fine but we had problems checking in. We drove to our building dragged our suitcases to the room and found our room had not been cleaned. We dragged our suitcases back to the car and returned to the registration/check-in building and were reassigned another room. We then drove back to our building again, dragged our suitcases to the room and one of the room keys did not work. We drove again to the main building to get a second key that worked. Once settled the rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. It is a bit of a walk to food and services but there is parking available if you wish to drive. No TV's in the rooms if that is an issue.
