I made a reservation the first time and paid for it once, To not even get a confirmation number, that was with Expedia then I tried to Travelocity, I made a second reservation and their itinerary or confirmation number was too long for them to type into their computer to confirm my room. My room was up ,on her screen and she was unable to confirm it but I was told I could pay for it again. I explained I wanted to speak with a manager or supervisor to come to some kind of resolve . I am now in almost $400 deep. She told me she would call security or pay again . She said she was not giving me a free room. So I went and got security .but with no refund to my second and paid for room already which was a king suite. I contacted Travelocity and they refunded my money which will now take up to 2 weeks. I slept in the casino parking lot where I was assaulted that evening . That was my first booking ever at the casino and it would have been my first official stay. Until I speak with some one in the company. That will be my only stay

they wanted $10.00 to check in 1 hour early, and they had a $10.00 per night resort fee for nothing, just another charge on the bill. Also not breakfast had to go into town for it. I wonder what the resort fee is good for because there is not pool. over all not happy, we could have stayed at the Days Inn for half the price and they have a pool and breakfast free.

When we booked, we didn't realize the hotel/casino allowed smoking inside. It was so bad, you could still smell it up on the 4th floor in the hotel rooms. I have asthma, so it was pretty rough. The hotel staff seemed to either be all new, or just unknowledgeable. It took asking multiple front desk staff members to be able to get a simple do not disturb sign. We asked for extra pillows and were told flat out no. This was disappointing when comparing the quality to other Caesar's properties.

Got to the room and the dust was covering everything. Got the front desk to come look, wiped stuff down half way with a Clorox wipe then said it was because they are short staffed and only do the bathroom and bedding and don't have enough time to do other. If we weren't so tired we would of drove on. Ionized our room but still wasn't great!
