Our AC went out and they were unable to fix it the first try. They ended up having to replace the unit. We had to move rooms and did not have a comfortable place to nap and reboot. They did give us a discount on our stay but it wasn’t enough to compensate the loss of a day in our hotel room.

The beach that was advertised is not really a beach, it’s about 20’ wide and does have chairs but just not what I expected from the pictures and description. The staff was very professional and helpful especially the sweet lady that takes care of breakfast. Our room had a wet feeling and appeared to have not been mopped for a while. All in all, I’m pretty sure I will not book again."
