Air conditioning is extremely loud with vibration and maintenance says this is normal and all rooms the same - this is reason for poor overall rating. Wouldn’t return for that reason. Also not supposed to pour my beer into a cup and drink at pool at sundown - hotel wants to sell you whatever they have.

First impression wasn’t great but it turned out good. Room was nice but we had trouble with the thermostat. I am not a fan of air conditioning and the room was freezing. Bed very comfortable. Enjoyed the pool and a cocktail from the tiki bar. Everyone was kind.
