Okay, not great
The experience wasn’t terrible but wasn’t great either. The location is good. Pool was so crowded we weren’t able to get into the hottub. The bathroom was so small we couldn’t both be in there at the same time to do anything and sink drained super slow which was gross. The balcony was small and they were all so close that it was awkward to sit outside because people were still all around you. No privacy at all. We enjoyed the fireplace and the bed was comfortable. Overall it was okay for the price.

The elevators were terrible!!! Our room door wouldn’t even close all the way. Our room was covered in rust!!!! Ceiling looked like it was going to fall in. The bathroom was tiny!!!! It was so bad, we left and found another place

First, we had a great time! Our five year old LOVED the pool. The room was clean and comfortable. The reasons we didn't give it a five star was that the curtains were hard to close all the way. They could really use a second row of curtains like many hotels have, because the lights outside the room are very bright, and anyone walking by can see into the whole room. Also, the trash truck picked up trash Monday morning at 3:30am and we VERY loud with the back up "beeps" for a solid 10 minutes. I never did fall back asleep.

Property was close to downtown Gatlinburg and walkable to many attractions. The on-property dining should be avoided: It would be disappointing for a free breakfast, let alone one that cost $12 per person. The scrambled eggs were inedibly salty. We asked for a new batch to be prepared and, while the attendant happily obliged, the new eggs were still saltier than their sausage. Go across the street to the Log Cabin Pancake House, where you will pay less and get a great meal.
